📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement customized business growth strategies for clients in various industries.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to help clients improve their business processes and performance.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to track client progress and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business coaching, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully growing businesses or helping clients achieve their goals.
• Strong understanding of market trends, financial analysis, and business strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
