📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the packaging industry.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients after the sale.,Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the packaging industry.,Strong understanding of the packaging industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
