📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with driver partners through regular communication and support.
• Develop and implement community engagement programs to foster a sense of community and belonging.
• Address and resolve driver partner concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of community initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Organize and facilitate community events and activities to strengthen bonds among driver partners.
• Provide training and support to driver partners on relevant topics to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve community engagement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement or a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with community management platforms such as Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, or similar tools.
