Go Gold Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Internal Audit to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes
  • Analyzing audit findings and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Participating in continuous professional development to stay updated with best practices in internal auditing

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
