📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for government relations and external affairs, aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders in Indonesia.
• Advocate for the company's interests and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Represent the company at government meetings, conferences, and other events.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely advice to the company's leadership.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of government contacts and regulatory information.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of government relations and external affairs initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with government bodies and regulatory agencies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry is a plus.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and visa.
