You'll work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Daily, you'll be using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of facility renovation projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project budgets and timelines using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide administrative support to the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility renovation projects.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
