Duta Krisna Sate is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with managers to ensure a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
