📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.,Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll.,Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related issues.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.
