In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Manage benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
