📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.,Lead and manage a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes, ensuring that they are in line with the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are ordered and stored correctly.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.,Ensure that all staff are trained and certified in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in managing a team of chefs.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
