Duta Kirana Mart is seeking a talented and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from a distance while maintaining strong communication with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and sales performance tracking.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
