📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
