📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a portfolio of F&B projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, to ensure projects are executed efficiently.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.,Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize project performance.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the F&B portfolio.,Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients, on project status and progress.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in portfolio and project management, with a strong track record in the F&B industry.,Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.,Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in the F&B sector.
