📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Process and manage employee benefits, including insurance, bonuses, and leave requests.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Support the HR department in the organization and coordination of training programs and workshops.,Handle administrative tasks related to employee relations, such as addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
