📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced telecommunication systems using industry-standard tools like Cisco Packet Tracer and Wireshark.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecommunication solutions with existing infrastructure.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our telecommunication systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document technical processes and create comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of telecommunications projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, with a focus on network design and implementation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and network simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication protocols and standards, such as TCP/IP, VoIP, and VPN.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or similar, are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
