Sumber Krisna Coffee is looking for a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Kupang. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and our sales targets are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and organized branch, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand image and product quality.,Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the coffee industry or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
