📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Assist in the preparation and submission of reports on fleet performance and usage.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Assist in the training and development of new drivers and fleet staff.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to travel and work in various locations as required.
