Bidang Citra Auto Service is looking for a Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.,Oversee the fuel management and ensure that all vehicles are fueled according to schedule.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure that all vehicles are roadworthy and safe to operate.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and within budget.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of automotive technology and maintenance procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
