📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of Accor's hotels in Jakarta, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Partner with the Director of Finance to develop and implement financial strategies that support the hotel's strategic objectives.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial data is available for decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure financial targets are met and to provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage the financial operations of Accor's hotels in Jakarta, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Professional certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
