📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the formulation development and optimization of pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure that all formulations meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of formulation scientists and technicians.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation.
  • Conduct research and development activities to improve existing formulations and develop new products.
  • Monitor and report on formulation performance and quality metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical formulation.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation management.
  • Proven track record of successful formulation development and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical software and laboratory equipment.
