Royal Data Lestari is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of successful implementation of HR strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting performance reviews, and managing disciplinary actions.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll and insurance.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
