Express City Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. If you are passionate about retail and customer service, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Manage inventory levels and restocking.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Ensure the shop is clean and organized at all times.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Work with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Provide feedback to the store manager on customer satisfaction and shop performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
