📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Oversee daily cash transactions and reconcile accounts to prevent discrepancies.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.,Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any financial issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.,Maintain and update financial records and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
