📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure timely and efficient service to customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handling certificate.
