📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment agencies.,Conduct job analyses and create effective job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.,Collaborate with the hiring team to facilitate the interview process and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.,Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and improve recruitment metrics.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
