Tanggung Jawab:
- Oversee the preparation, filing, and processing of tax returns for the company.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and risks.
- Monitor and analyze tax-related transactions and activities.
- Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address tax-related issues.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
