📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and increase productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential negative impacts on the business.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business plans and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
