PT Tirta Logistik is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met.,Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.,Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed.,Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Generate and analyze production reports to track performance.,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area.,Train and mentor junior staff on production techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and materials ordering.,Familiarity with quality control and compliance standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
