📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
