📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
