In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document and maintain IT processes, procedures, and policies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems and networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
