📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for optical transceiver products,Perform functional, environmental, and reliability testing to ensure product quality,Analyze test data and identify trends or patterns to improve manufacturing processes,Troubleshoot and resolve test equipment issues and failures,Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to implement process improvements,Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigation for defective products,Maintain and calibrate test equipment and measurement systems,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field,5+ years of experience in optical transceiver testing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of optical communication technologies and standards,Proficiency in test equipment such as optical power meters, spectrum analyzers, and bit error rate testers,Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork abilities,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
