📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of facilities and equipment.,Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of facilities.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services and repairs.,Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.,Provide technical support and guidance to staff on facility-related issues.,Conduct energy audits and recommend energy-saving measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Vocational, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management.,Knowledge of building systems and equipment is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
