📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and up-to-date models.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
• Generate 2D drawings and schedules from BIM models.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to the design team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of BIM standards and protocols within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on Architectural and MEPFS disciplines.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM User, BIM Coordinator, or similar).
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards relevant to Bali.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
