📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide immediate assistance to passengers during bus breakdowns and accidents.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with local authorities and service providers to ensure swift vehicle recovery.
- Conduct post-incident assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all recovery operations and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recovery processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recovery service or a related field.
- Proven experience with bus recovery and accident response.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
