📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts that meet client requirements and company standards
• Create detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess design feasibility and make necessary adjustments
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including cost estimates, material specifications, and project timelines
• Oversee the implementation of design concepts, ensuring that the final product meets the client's expectations and company standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, and contractors
• Creative and innovative thinking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus
