As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payments using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Maintain and update inventory records in SAP.
• Reconcile accounts payable and inventory records on a regular basis.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on AP processing and inventory status.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports.
• Handle supplier communications and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to AP processing and inventory control.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable processing and inventory control.
• Familiarity with SAP and QuickBooks is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to other Compart locations as required.
