📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement e-commerce category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing excess stock.
• Oversee logistics and supply chain operations, working with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce category specialists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
