📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve quality.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvements and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control methods.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Minitab, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.
