📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the clinic.
• Manage and develop a team of skilled professionals, including aestheticians, therapists, and support staff.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of service.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to align branch operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in aesthetic treatments or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
