Customer Implementation Specialist - US Payroll (Remote from Bali)

Workstream is seeking a Customer Implementation Specialist - US Payroll to join our team and help deliver top-notch payroll solutions to our international clients. Located in the beautiful and vibrant communities of Bali, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts the success of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique payroll needs and implement our payroll software, Paychex Flex, to streamline their payroll processes. You will be the go-to person for our clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Work with clients to understand their payroll requirements and customize Paychex Flex to meet their specific needs.
• Lead the implementation of Paychex Flex for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients, helping them to maximize the benefits of our payroll software.
• Collaborate with the Workstream team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in payroll technology and industry trends.
• Participate in regular meetings with clients to review progress and address any issues or concerns.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and training materials for our clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements to Paychex Flex.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll implementation or a related field.
• Proven experience with Paychex Flex or similar payroll software.
• Strong understanding of US payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Human Resources).
• Certification in payroll or a related field is a plus.
