📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using tools like Okta, Azure AD, and Ping Identity.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to ensure robust security.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and enforce access control policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff.
• Monitor and analyze IAM systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on security and access management.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Proven experience with IAM tools like Okta, Azure AD, and Ping Identity.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
