• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty coffee beverages.
• Operate and maintain our espresso machine and other coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders at once.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and be willing to learn and adapt to new methods.
• Assist in stocking and managing our coffee inventory, ensuring that we always have the freshest and highest quality ingredients on hand.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that our coffee shop runs smoothly and efficiently, and that our customers have a positive experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk steamers.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
• Familiarity with coffee shop management software, such as Square or Toast, is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
