📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for heavy cargo projects in the M&E infrastructure sector.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client interactions.,Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Oversee project logistics, including coordination with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly in the logistics or infrastructure sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing heavy cargo projects.,Strong understanding of the M&E infrastructure sector and heavy cargo logistics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
