In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling all aspects of customs clearance, including documentation, compliance, and regulatory updates. You’ll also manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all logistics needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client accounts from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring all logistics needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Handle all aspects of customs clearance, including documentation, compliance, and regulatory updates.
• Utilize SAP, Excel, and specialized logistics software to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
• Provide proactive support and solutions to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international logistics.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics, customs brokerage, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing client accounts and handling logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Excel, and other relevant logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
